Delivery Policy
We deliver nationwide, anywhere in South Africa.
Delivery Rates
- Door-to-door delivery — R200 flat rate. We deliver straight to your home or office address.
- Pargo pickup point — R100 flat rate. We deliver to a Pargo pickup point near you, and you collect your order at your convenience. You'll get an SMS or email once your parcel is ready to collect.
Both rates are flat fees, regardless of the size of your order or where in South Africa you are.
How It Works
- Choose your preferred delivery option at checkout. If you select Pargo, you'll be asked to choose a pickup point.
- We prepare and dispatch your order.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel.
- Your order arrives at your address, or at your chosen Pargo pickup point.
Delivery Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 5-8 working days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days to main centres and 5-8 working days to outlying areas.
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen during busy periods, public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control. We'll let you know if anything is holding your order up.
A Few Things to Note
- Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct. We can't be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
- Someone needs to be available to receive and sign for door-to-door deliveries during working hours.
- Parcels left at a Pargo pickup point are held for a limited period. If your parcel isn't collected in time, it will be returned to us and re-delivery may be charged.
- We currently deliver within South Africa only.
