Book Centre offers two safe and convenient methods for receiving your order:
- Delivery - We courier
directly to your door, anywhere in South Africa. All delivery details are
to be provided at checkout.
- Collect - You can choose to collect from our store.
Processing
Our
picking, packing and delivery is linked to what you order, where you want it
delivered or collected and how you choose to pay. Delivery times may vary.
Estimates are provided below to help you shop, but always check your order’s
estimated delivery date during checkout for the most accurate delivery
information.
Once
payment has been received via PayFast, orders are processed as quickly as
possible. Weekend orders may take 36 hours to process, Local holidays may take
longer too.

Account Information
The onus is on you, the client, to ensure that the information you provide us with is correct and current at the time of order. Failure to provide us with the correct personal information may result in orders not being processed or your order/shipment being lost. As we can only go on the information you provide us with, we will not take any responsibility for the loss of your order/shipment due to incorrect/incomplete information being provided. Any orders that are re-routed back to us will result in additional costs for handling and re-sending the parcel again.
Courier Delivery Restrictions
Our couriers will only deliver to physical addresses. The couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes, mines, farms, power-stations, embassies and areas requiring special trips. Special trips may attract extra charges.

All shipments are sent via private Courier services.
